We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on you.
3. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:
- IONOS, as web hosting and email provider.
- Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by law, such as its adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through that channel. In that case, the platform's processing of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, blocked for the limitation periods of possible legal liabilities. Analytics data is kept for the periods stated in the cookie policy.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@maolidigital.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to verify your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
This site is not aimed at children under 14. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and measures against automated submissions on the form.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
